NaturalReader text to speech

This free text to speech reader converts written text into spoken words.

NaturalReader is a text-to-speech web based app that reads text, PDF, web pages, and eBooks aloud.
Upload text and documents and have them read back to you anytime, using the web site the Chrome extension or mobile app (Android and iOS).
For desktop use there are macOS and Windows versions..

The Natural Reader free plan gives you unlimited use, allows you to change voices, speed, volume, word highlighting, skip URLs, and has dark mode and a dyslexia font. Available languages are English (US), English (UK), English (Australia), Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch and Swedish.

The site is easy to use, upload or drag and drop a file using the online reader then select the arrow to go the narration page where you can listen and change settings.
In my tests, a few documents wouldn’t upload and displayed an error message, and on my system documents with a .txt extension sounded like there was an echo in the narration. Other formats went smoothly.

Natural Reader supports PDF, TXT, DOC (x), Pages, ODT, PPT (x), ODS, and non-DRM epub.
JPEG, PNG, scanned documents, inaccessible PDFs, screenshots, and download as MP3 are supported in paid plans.
