It's been a while since I wrote about a downloadable free game for Windows, so here's a bit of a stunner.  "Who Is The Killer" is a graphical text-heavy adventure game in which you play the detective, trying to work out who killed one of the 7 people at a gathering.  Follow the clues, investigate the scenes, play the word games in order to win more powers, and hopefully you'll solve the crime.

The game is available for iPad, Android and PC, and there are 3 episodes in total.  The PC version of the first episode is free, and is a 24 MB download.  You can get it at http://www.whoisthekiller.net/ and the download is around 24 MB.  The program is malware-free according to VirusTotal and Web of Trust.

It's a challenging, gentle, fascinating game that will make you think, and the graphics are stunning too.  Give it a try.
